To All VAFP Members:

 

At the recent Spring Conference, several attendees mentioned that we've had our VAFP shirts for awhile now and some of the shirts are beginning to lose shape and color with multiple washings. Also mentioned was the point that many of us will be volunteering our help at the National Association of State Park Directors Conference in Williamsburg during the first week of September and might wish to have more than one piece of VAFP apparel. And, the point was made that even those who might be unable to attend the Williamsburg event might like to add new VAFP items to their wardrobes.

 

To this end, we've done some "shopping" and determined that we can get the best prices through the Virginia Department of Corrections. Attached for your consideration is an order form showing the clothing items and respective prices that are available.

 

In brief, the order form includes men's and ladies long-sleeve, button-down collar, wrinkle- free, oxford-cloth shirts in two colors --Butter (the color of our present shirt) and White; our existing polo shirt; men's and ladies long-sleeve denim shirts; a long sleeve white polo shirt; and a ball cap. The prices include the VAFP logo embroidered on all shirts and silk-screened on the ball cap.

 

If you would like to order any of these items, please print out the order form and enter the quantity and size of each item you wish to buy in the "My Order" column alongside the respective item(s).  If you would like to pick-up your items at the Williamsburg Conference in September there will be no shipping/handling charges. If you want the items shipped to you, please add $6.00 to your check for shipments up to five pounds.

We need to get the orders to the Department of Corrections with enough lead time for them to embroider the VAFP logo before sending the finished items to Ann. Thus, please send your order to Ann before June 30..
