Sept. 26-29, 2018 Hungry Mother State Park NEW! Dates extended
Virginia Association for Parks conferences are for dues paying individual and group members to come together and discuss ways to better support Virginia’s parks. Virginia State Parks host the conferences that generally consist of a gathering on Thursday night, excursions and in-park activities on Friday (ending with a dinner and speaker on Friday night) and a business meeting on Saturday morning. Individuals and group representatives at the sustaining membership level or higher are invited to participate. A reasonable conference fee covers the costs for the event.
Because this conference is in southwestern Virginia and possibly a longer drive for many attendees, for this conference we have added the option of arriving on Wednesday evening with some optional excursions planned for Thursday during the day.
