VAFP Announces Advocacy Guidance for 2017 General Assembly

If you enjoy visiting Virginia State Parks and want to help support them, an easy way is to let your Delegate and State Senator know that you support initiatives that benefit our parks. 

Virginia Association for Parks President Greg Eanes announced the organization's advocacy guidelines for the 2017 General Assembly session. Click here to see the document. The VAFP supports an increase to the Virginia State Parks budget to create stable funding for the
Youth Conservation Corps, a service-learning program where teens live and work for three weeks
in a state park.
